Val and her treatments were able to realign my pelvis in a relatively short period of time. I felt immediate relief from knee pain after 2 treatments. I am now moving very well and have incorporated some new exercises. I can walk, swim, ride my bike and yoga with strength and range of motion. Val cares about me as a patient, is very clear on her directions, gives explanations as to why each exercise is important and goes out of her way to explain and send home exercises. Her treatment was most beneficial to the recovery of my partial hip replacement. She also gave me added information and exercises that would be helpful to other areas of my body. I am an older woman and have been to several therapists during my life time.
