Turns out \u2014 they can\u2019t get you in until <em>next month.<\/em> This is frustrating to you because you were looking for a quick way to figure out what\u2019s happening to your body and find a solution so you can get back to living life on your own terms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the thing. Even if you did get in on a doctor\u2019s appointment the next day \u2014 I could probably tell you the solutions they\u2019d give you\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They\u2019ll prescribe you some pain medications&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depending on the pain, they\u2019ll either tell you that it\u2019s a natural part of aging or it comes with an active lifestyle and that you should probably give up the activity that\u2019s causing you chronic pain&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refer you to a specialist to see if that\u2019ll help \u2014 which means making another appointment that you don\u2019t even know how long you\u2019ll end up waiting for\u2026&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Or they offer you the options of surgery \u2014 which is <em>not <\/em>something you had in mind.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, depending on your condition and your pain \u2014 results vary, and sometimes the doctor <em>is <\/em>necessary.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s when you feel like you\u2019ve tried everything to find relief \u2014 only to be met with disappointment. That\u2019s when you start to wonder what the solution must be.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the thing \u2014 when experiencing pain, sometimes it\u2019s hard to know what your best option is. You try multiple different solutions only to be met with constant disappointment. Why? Because the moment you\u2019re active again \u2014 somehow, the pain always finds a way to return \u2014 just when you thought you\u2019d finally seen the last of it!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s never a good idea to become reliant on pain medication \u2014 although it can help with short-term relief. When you\u2019re experiencing body pain, it\u2019s important for you to get the correct and proper care and attention to make sure the pain doesn\u2019t get worse or you become injured.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re feeling disappointed. You\u2019re unable to find the relief you\u2019re searching for and you\u2019re about to give up when venting to a friend about your pain. All of the sudden, they suggest <strong>physical therapy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When To Know It\u2019s Time For Physical Therapy&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your next question may be \u2014 when do I know I need physical therapy?
